Wonderful to see you back, whitehorses. I felt the same way when I joined SR - I'd been drinking 30 yrs. Being here changed everything.

Welcome back Whitehorses. Health is a pretty good motivator, and all the rest that comes with getting sober too! Make a plan, and don't drink no matter what. Its heck getting old... we don't bounce back like we used to, but it beats the alternative!

Thanks Libby.. day 15 today.. feeling drained but eating healthily as usual..been prescribed Thiamine 300g a day.

15 days! That's something to be proud of whitehorses. I think feeling drained & exhausted is typical of the early days.
