Day 8 - tendinitis not tear - still v painful !
So Day 8 and I went back for the results of the MRI on my elbow. Luckily the tendon is not torn as thought but it is inflamed. I need to do everything I can to get rid of the unbearable pain .. starting with physio. I need to eat healthily and NOT drink as drinking causes inflammation. I also need to exercise aerobically as I know from past experience that it has an amazing effect on reducing pain. So I know what to do - it is just a question of doing it... send therein lies the problem ! Why is it so difficult to do what I know is good for me ??? Anyway, the one thing I won’t do is drink so at least I can check that off the list !
