One week today off Cigs
On on the patch, so I'm not off Nicotine yet, but there is a plan to be off at some point after I finish the process. Been exercizing everyday which is new for this couch potato all-star.

Yay Moontime!
We're neck and neck, as I had a week yesterday. Not exercising yet with the holiday hustle and bustle, but plan to buy a treadmill in the near future. My husband lost a good bit of weight this past year, so we both need some help maintaining now that winter is here.
Keep up the good work - we CAN do this!
