Sleep issues
For me it would take a week to ten days to get back to normal sleep - no sleep the first night , a little more the second, and so on .
Hopefully you'll be even quicker than that Silver11

Hi,
Without knowing anything about your drinking history it's hard to form an idea about how long this might linger for you. It could be another week. It could be another month.
A couple things help me fall asleep: Books and a word game on my cell. The word game is called WWF or Words With Friends. I'll either read or play that until my eyelids get so heavy I can't hold them open.

It's a common occurrence when quiting unfortunately. I got up earlier than usual and would went for an early morning walk. It helped me to sleep AND reduce the evening cravings. Might be worth a try. Well done on two days.
1-2 weeks of sobriety usually would more or less "normalize" sleep for me, but I typically would gradually improve day by day, so by end of first week, I was generally sleeping pretty well.
The first few days are insomnia from hell for me. That and anxiety, panic, sweats, etc. like you are having. Stay sober, stay hydrated, eat good food, and stay quit for good--
