In my first few days I just kept repeating to myself...you have to be better than yesterday....and you will be even better tomorrow...so keep going.

Day 4 it is! Rest as much as you need to and go easy on yourself. Your body is going through a huge adjustment. Indulge a little if you can...I found hot baths nice in the beginning. I also made sure I always had something to drink...any type of fruit juice mixed with ginger ale was really nice...still is actually. Even though I don't crave alcohol now, I MUST have something by my side to drink.

Keep it going!

Great work. Being tired is okay, as the body and mind are healing!

Rest as much as you can! I have two little ones and that makes resting hard. I am on day 8 but have found resting as much as possible and early bedtimes help! I am trusting what everyone says that it will get better!! Keep it up!

I'm on day 21 and have been dealing with extreme fatigue for the past 10 days or so but I'm staying hopeful and trusting the process. Good job on day 4. Remember the pain of the past and have faith in the future.

One thing that always makes me feel better is a little online shopping therapy.

Mummy, for a lot of people, me included, day 4 can be one of the hardest ones. Hang in there.

Congratulations on day 4 Mummyto2. For me Day 4 and tiredness go hand in hand. Your body is most likely in need of catching up on rest and sleep so taking it easy is a good idea.

You're still healing - but isn't it great to have those first few miserable days behind you? Day 4 - something to be so proud of.
