Day 9

Ooops sorry forgot to post yesterday. Spoke to my key worker and did a zoom meeting with others in treatment, kinda drains me emotionally. But was an ok day over all really

nice one Al and congrats on 9 days

My second week was infinitely better than my first and I hope it's the same for you. I noticed you didn't post yesterday glad you did today. I'm the same with the zoom meetings get's a little easier each time though.

Day 9 is fantastic. I think you will find that you will become stronger emotionally as you continue your sobriety.

Getting drained emotionally is SO good for you AI. Like a 6-mile run for the noggin. That means something is getting worked out and worked on. 9 days is fantastic too.
