Day 2 almost down

I'm feeling better today not great but better. We all drink.or drank for a reason, no one said " hey in going to be an alcoholic".. but somewhere down the road we all ended here. Everyone has there reasons.. just a thought

Day two is a great start

yeah we all started for various reasons - but looking back drinking never gave me a permanent solution for the the problems I started drinking over...but recovery did

The first few days are the hardest. Congrats on two days! Take extra good care of yourself.

And yes, Drinking just makes any "reason" I have to drink worse.

Congrats- you may be on day 3 as of now. I felt so much better after the first 72 hours. I am so happy that you have been able to put the drink down and give the wonderful gift of sobriety to yourself.
