Day 19
Day 19 today and although the past 19 days have been up and down, i feel good, i enjoy being sober so much more than drinking. I have enjoyed2 weeks of my holiday actually getting stuff done and relaxing. My skinlooks better and my bloat is going, i like getting up early and having energy. I am loving my new way of life.

Good evening er morning . lol .good job on the 19. If you keep it up you are gonna have much more to look forward to on your sober journey. I too was at that number. I am on day 92 and let me tell you when these folks here say it gets better. .you best believe it does. Real talk. But just dont take my word for it . get there and see fpr yourself. You wont regret it. Keep coming back.

This makes me so happy you were really really struggling...like most do when they can't stop...I love reading when someone is feeling better and living life.

Crazy how DIFFERENT we begin to look to ourselves. My face also thinned out again, my skin cleared up but what really got me was my eyes. They looked...dare I say it...HAPPY!!! SERENE! CONTENT and with JOY!
All of this and more is on the menu for us moving forward. 21 days here, we're doing this together!!!!
