New here

hi all am new here from Scotland 😃 been battaling alcohol for 2 years now been sober 5days now

Welcome, David, and great job on 5 days. It should start to get easier in the next few days.

Getting sober is easy. Many of us have done it a thousand times. Do you have a plan to stay sober?

Hi David I'm new here too. Quit for 10 days then lapsed after a **** it moment. Tired of dealing with cravings I think while also trying to work! But tired of hangovers too! Well done on 5 days. Yes as someone said do you have a plan to stay sober? Good luck! Stay strong!

5 days is just getting over the hump of feeling ******..better days to come....congratulations on 5 days...that is harder than a YEAR believe it or NOT.

Congratulations on your 5 days sober. Those early days are rough, but you made it. I found it a big relief to be able to talk things over here at SR - with people that understood. No one in my life knew what I had gone through - they were all social drinkers. You are never alone.
