I'm still here 😃
Just wanted to check in to say I'm still here, still on the bus 😊, I've been keeping busy, redecorating my front room. Looks really good, but i have to do the whole house now lol.
Been reading a bit, whilst in bed. Various strategies to beat this beast, writing on a notepad of how I'm feeling, things I'm thankful for etc,
Talking to friends. I don't know what tomorrow will bring, but I'm trying harder. Last time wasn't hard enough.
