Day 1
Day 1 for me again !!! Completely let me my av take over during Christmas and new year. Feel like a big bloated mess right now. But determined the rest of this year and beyond will be spent sober and healthy. Ive ordered the naked mind after hearing such good things about it, so looking forward to reading that, will check in everyday and actually take responsibility for myself.

Congrats. I have reserved the book from my local library. Looking forward to reading it. I am only on day 5. Started NY day......I am on this site daily. I am right there with you. ....Sick of being a big, fat, bloated drunk. New Year, a new me. We can do this!!!!!!
