Hi all been away a while but had a few slip ups.
Seems that's all I do now get a week sober then 3 weeks bingeing. Been managing to go to work but even there noticing now. I bought beer this morning but just poured the last of it away and just wanted to cry. I just want to get back properly sober was the best 8 months I had but can't seem to get to it. Just needed this rant.

You can do this, think back to how you stayed sober for 8 months Be proud of yourself for dumping the booze..keep posting and ask for the support you need!

You made the right move by dumping the drink. Check in here daily and keep up the good work. Sobriety is available to anyone who really wants it and is willing to work for it.
