Need to quit desperately
Need to quit badly anybody else? Very heavy smoker and just feel so scared of damage iv done that I’m scared to quit!! Makes no sense does it. Seriously want to go into 2019 smoke free.

I know you have probably heard this before but I used the patches....I was a pack and a half a day and did it. The first two weeks are the worse....fight through....you can do it. It’s truly great being smoke free! Good luck. Keep us posted.
