All the best to you. Glad you are here! Recommend joining the class for this month. I don’t know if I’d be here without my class. Come here when you need advice and motivation. There are amazing people in this community. Even almost a year later I’m still so impressed by a lot of the advice.

Hey soberdad. I’m also a father of 3 beautiful children who need me to be sober. I’m on day 4. Feel free to messsage me if you need some support. Have you tried AA? I’m going to my first meeting in 5 years tonight. We have to try everything possible to make it stick this time. If I mess up one more time my wife is taking the kids and leaving. We can do this.

Hi! Good luck with it. Keep posting and try to keep ahead of the cravings. Creating an awareness of what triggers me helps and if you can’t get away from the triggers know that cravings and feelings are fleeting.
