Recovery podcasts
hi everyone! I have explored the list of recovery books, but have been really getting into recovery podcasts, and podcasts in general. Anyone have any good ones to share? Recovery, or just your favorites?
Recovery Elevator, Recovery Happy Hour, and Sober Speak (A.A. focused) are good.
as for regular podcasts, I love My Brother My Brother and Me, Hello From the Magic Tavern, Sawbones, The Magnus Archives, Food Psych (good for ppl who want to ditch diet culture), Getting Curious, The Adventure Zone, My Favorite Murder, Dr. Death, Dirty John.
A lot of the ones that aren’t Recovery based are more fiction-y. TAZ is DnD based but the story is really great. All I do is listen to podcasts at work so hope you enjoy some of these!!

Since Right Now, with three guys with a lot of recovery among them is good.
Sometimes they interview people, sometimes they discuss relevant topics, sometimes they visit different recovery meetings and talk about them.
Unpickled is more female oriented, also very good.
One I cant vouch for as I have not listened to it, but it gets good buzz, is Liv’s Recovery Kitchen. (Think that’s the name?)

SHAIR recovery podcast (Omar Pinto) and This Naked Mind (Annie Grace).
The Rich Roll podcast is not strictly a recovery podcast, but Rich is a recovering alcoholic. His book, "Finding Ultra" is a great book for people in recovery, too.
I strictly use iTunes - all of these are available there - no reason not to check out Stitcher and Spotify, though.
