I nčed to remember this
On Monday night I drank a bottle of wine by myself while working. I finished at 11pm. When arriving to an appointment at a client I tested positive on the breathalyzer that is a mandatory test there. It was very low but the most embarrassing thing to ever happen to me. It reminded me of when my drinking was out if control and put me straight back in that awful place where you feel like nothing can ever go right. I choose to see it as a warning sign that I may be going downward again. Time for a serious plan.

]I'm glad the ramifications weren't more serious makeright.
Any ideas on what might make up your plan?
Thanks Dee. Well, for a start never drink alcohol on a work week day. I've told my partner and we have agreed that it doesn't matter what the social circumstances are it just can't be a possibility.

I think it is perhaps only us alcoholics who can see drinking a bottle of wine to ourselves while working as a 'warning sign' rather than a 'real problem' itself.
I hope you manage to keep things under control. I have repeatedly tried and failed to keep to moderate drinking.
