I Relapsed, Now what?
I was 55 days sober from a 5th of Vodka daily, then i relapsed for 4 days, then sobered up for 5 days, then relapsed again for 7 days.
I am now sober 2 days today, i tried drinking again, it just does not work anymore.
A few days before my first relapse i was getting restless, irritable, depressed, anxious, uncomfortable.
Then i decided to pick-up and have a few drinks which lead to more everyday for 4 days, then i tired it again 5 days later for 7 days.
When i sober up for a while, i always get restless, irritable, depressed, anxious, uncomfortable.
I need to stay sober, what are your thoughts?

Reminds me of a pattern similar to mine, Springforward.
"Restless, Irritable and Discontent" is a refrain from the Big Book, of AA, and it says that that's the natural state for alcoholics.. To alleviate that, they say, it's suggested that a person work a program of recovery (e.g., the 12-steps).
What I've personally found more useful is engaging in hobbies and exercise, and spending the time I'd otherwise be drinking engaged in those things.

We all go through those feelings . You need to stay involved here and if possible find a local support group to hook up with. I'd also suggest you see a doc because the amount you have been hammering down might cause severe withdrawal issues.

I suggest that you post on this thread before you drink to explain your craving, emotional state and whatever is making you want to drink.
If you are drinking post anyway. Get it all out.
Then post like you did during your withdrawals.
Maybe when you start reading your own words you will gain a better perspective of how alcohol is affecting your life.
