Having one of those bad days. Grumpy. BAD headache. Impatient, etc., etc. No desire to drink ever again. But wish the hot flashes & insomnia would ease up. What can I expect? Heavy drinking for 35 years. Sigh

Hi and welcome naherron. I think you can expect to feel not that great for the next few days - but things will get better

If you feel really poorly or you're really concerned maybe consider seeing a doctor?

Thank you for the kind words. Not concerned enough to bother my GP. He would push Big Pharma on me anyhow. I am actually quite amazed that the long term damage is not causing more discomfort than it is. That being said, it is nice to have this Forum for support & information!
