Bad Guts

When drinking I usually vomit but the next day I have terribly bad guts. I do not understand how if I vomited I would pass so much poo the next day? Anyone else had this problem?

The logic behind poo passing is unimportant.
Alcohol can cause many kinds of miseries.
Best to eliminate that key source.

Agreed! If you pass on the poo that is alcohol, you don't have to worry about passing poo

Alcohol kills all the good bacteria in your stomach and wreaks havoc on the digestive system. My god, I remember some brutal times in the bathroom.

Private Messages (PMs) about BMs are fine, but lets not go there on the boards.

Regardless of what someone elses experience has been, you need to focus on yourself.

I know you're worried highercall - why not go to the Dr & get checked out? Most of us find we're in better shape than we fear.

Go and get checked out thoroughly and and put your mind at rest.

Booze wrecks the guts. Over extended period of time it can create problems like 'leaky gut' and ulcers. Yet another reason to walk away from it.

I continue to find it sort of a mix of amusing and terrible how the body can be speaking to us so clearly and yet we just rationalize it away like it's not even there....
