The two things that have helped me the most are "One thing at a time" and "Easy does it". These are not new. They go back to 500 B.C.E. Daoism: "By doing one thing at a time everything gets done. Attempt to do many things at a time and nothing gets done." "Don't hurry. Keep it simple.".
