19 days today - just not drinking
Eating really well - getting back into a Ketosis diet that I have run before to lose weight. Back in the gym.
Work is work. Feels good to be sober around my family.
Focusing on the feeling of trusting myself - very far away from that, but I know I'm building toward that.
