Update into day 18
Normal day today.
Up early. Did a little work.
Went to see mum which was good.
To recovery group to check in let em know I'm doing ok
They have music group on Fridays next week am taking guitar.
I went to school with one of the staff there.
Not so clucky today.
All alcohol gone from the house collected by friend
She invited me out tomorrow Yes a pub I shall have squash no worries
Mrs R and I had a curry delivered
And I've been having a laugh (trolling) on twitter.
A diamond day

Weather is awful here so haven't got out
Going a little stir crazy. Only so much TV you can watch.
