I've got my sober days wrong!
This is the start of day 4 now
1-15 am still got insomnia.
But I was posting two days on the trot that was my on my 2nd day.
Confusing this waking up lark!
Lol
Came back on 9th frazzled and tired.
And have got stuck in
10th,11th,12th and its 13th now.
So day 4 for me.
I can do this
It feels different this time
I've reached the end of my rope for sure.
I have a really good experienced recovered sponsor he can see my potential
He knows I can do this
I just have to keep doing what I'm doing and I will get the psychic change and cross the threshold into the land of the winners.
It's where my home is
I belong with the sober gang!!!!

Sober and going to any lengths
How do i feel?
Sore emotionally!
But I am not dwelling on the things I cannot change.. no point!
I am doing what I can today to stay abstinent
And to rewire by brain with healthy positive action.
My feelings will improve with time
I've seen it in others and I know it will happen for me too!!
Day 4 or 5 I'm not concerned
I just know I'm out of it a good few days now and am getting slowly stronger.
I would even goes as far to say that counting days could be a snare for me
I intend to not count days but just creating a new life for myself and my family.
Knowing that I sobered up early Jan 18 will be my approach from now on!
