Drunk
Here I am again after drinking every other day for the last 2 weeks. Today I took off work and started drinking at 10 am passout sleep at noon up at 3pm now sitting here drinking water. How and why did I put myself back in this situation again. I dont know what to do, or how to stop. Im so lost and disappointed in myself..i still feel physically like hell. Guess ill continuinv sipping water and lay here.
Have you thought about something like AA at all Toni - or some other meeting based group like SMART Recovery or LifeRing??
I know - I've asked before but maybe it might be easier adding something else to what you've been doing?

Dear Tonisherrell,
I can relate to what you are feeling at the moment. I have experience it many times. I am now out of work due to my drinking. I am determined
to break this cycle I am on day 18. When I look back on the last ten years the only calm, happiness and being content periods in my life were during sober time. Then I just pick up and back to excruciating hell immediately for me. Currently you are drinking water that is a great start and action you have taken. Try to get a good night rest tonight. Make it through tomorrow and self care through the weekend. Its still the beginning of a brand new year. You can start a new beginning of sobriety. Once you string some sober days together you will feel much much better.

There really isn't a secret to stopping to drink booze. You put the plug in the jug. Don't pick up. The hard part is actually doing the action. We all had to hit the point where not drinking was a better option than drinking. To remain sober is the challenge. It takes commitment, plan, action, and constant nurturing. AA, smart, life ring, or any other recovery program will help you along your journey. Good luck

Jeez I remember that feeling only too well! Any chance you could go to docs and be honest, look to get yourself some addiction counselling or the like. Alternatively as has been suggested if you can’t or don’t want to do that there is AA, SMART ec.
glad youre able to make it back, toni.
as for this
How and why did I put myself back in this situation again.
there could be a few reasons.the why could be as simple as
thats what alcoholics typically do with untreated alcoholism.
were you doing anything other than not drinking?
workin a recovery program/plan?
allowing alcohol in the house?
as for this:
I dont know what to do, or how to stop.
you make a decision you WANT to stop.
then become WILLING to go to ANY lengths for victory over alcohol.
then get into action with a plan/program.
