APPS that are helpful
I have an app on my phone, Sober Grid. You can connect with other alcoholics, addicts, daily pledge, add your counter, money and time saved. There is 13 stepping going on in PM, so I just don't include a picture of myself, seems like the people with pictures get creepy people sending them messages.
Sober Time is like you described, it's what I use. You can also track multiple days, my nicotine quit date is also on there and I can track that as well.
I haven't found Sober Grid all that helpful, but maybe I'm not using it right. Need to investigate further.

Hi 24violets, I use a lot of apps so I can name some that I'm currently using:
1. Nomo - kind of the gold standard, as far as I'm concerned. Really nice - you earn virtual chips.
2. Quit Drinking - has a lot of hypnotism - I use it to play chimes throughout the day at set times to remind you of your decision to stop drinking
3. Quit That! - kind of nice time tracker for multiple addictions or habits
4. No Alcohol Calendar - a nice little badge earner app, nothing too fancy
5. Stop Drinking - has a bunch of quotes that can be helpful
6. Quit for Health - another counter (I like these kinds of motivation and reaching milestones) also has a money saved feature
7. Sober Time - another milestone counter
8. Abstain! - I like this one because of the cute graphics. Just basically a nice counter and milestone earner
9. I am Sober - this one is really well done and has a lot of nice features. Also, a money saving tracker. I like this one a lot.
I might have had to pay a few dollars for some of them, but figure it's a small price to pay to have tools that motivate me.
I did try Sober Grid and wasn't a fan, though I think it may be good for some people. To me it seemed like a Facebook for alcoholics and I'm trying to get away from Facebook.
Hope that was helpful and good luck finding the one(s) that help you!

Thanks axerman for sharing what work for you. I did see that one but haven’t tried it yet. Congratulations on having so many sober days. I really hope and am determined to keep alcohol free. I’m at day 9 and feel so thankful to have made it. This is the longest I have been sober in years.
free app
I use the nomo app. It allows you to reset the clock. Also, i set clocks for other challenges like days without meat or dairy. I enjoy getting the chip and checking it daily to see my progress.
