Hey Guys. I hope everyone is well. It's been awhile since I've been here and realize I need to be here for my own good. I guess one of the reasons I quit coming is because there is no longer the convenient phone app, and have to log on, on the computer. But that could be just another excuse.

I am committing to not drinking. Every time I do, I go over board. I can't have one, two, or three. It turns into oblivion. And then I feel like crap. I have health concerns, and it's never going to get better with me drinking. It'll only get worse.

I've listened to Allen Carr's "Easy Way to Control Alcohol" audio book twice now. I get it. I know what to do and how to do it. I know I can beat this. I don't want to be stuck in the trap another minute longer. I have quit other drugs before and never looked back and it's time I do the same to the drug called alcohol. It won't be missed one bit.

I need to be here too. I'm under a new name but have been in n out of here for years. I have definitely noticed the trend that when I am here daily I am sober.
Sooner or later as I decide to take a break from SR, the wheels come off.

I'm not up with phones but if you use the mobile skin/setting for SR (I think?) the owners assure me it works pretty well.

If I have that wrong someone will correct me I'm sure.

Anyhoo...I would work through greater obstacles and inconveniences than phones to get and stay drunk, and I'm sure you have too

Put everything you can into your recovery - you'll get all that effort back, I promise
