So what I did
I didn't get on the flight and instead stopped at the drinks I had there and instead changed my flight until tomorrow and went to the hospital to get medical attention.
Was just released after fluids/vitamin/valium and a supply of medicine for me to take tomorrow so the same thing doesn't happen.

My blood pressure and heart rate are still pretty high despite the medication but they think that's just withdrawal 
they didn't seem interested in keeping me overnight (nor did I want to stay overnight) now a sleepless night awaits me but at least a sober one
