feel refreshed and rested!!!!! It has been forever since I have felt this way! Years in fact. I have had horrible nights sleep each and every day tossing and turning all night, waking up with a slight headache, groggy, lethargic and just plain felt like poop. I hope this is the start of the new me. I love this feeling. Fingers and toes are all crossed!!

Isn't it a great feeling?? I used to DREAD early morning meetings or appointments and avoided them at all costs. It was agony hearing an alarm go off after a night of wine and stumbling into bed at some ungodly hour.

Now I know I can get up really early, if I need to or want to, and feel fine, even great. It's such a RELIEF!

Yes I hated morning always! I sure hope this is a bright light just at the end of the tunnel for me. I sure feel great today. Lots of "get up and go".
