Shopping....a trigger?
Well, I learned today that shopping, no doubt, is a trigger for me. May sound crazy, but Ive been single a long time, so when I shop for house/homing items, Im always attempting to create the coziest flat in all creation and then I'd always light a candle, put on some lovely music and pour a glass.....of red. I shopped today and the craving hit me as I was leaving the shopping center! Im On To You, Beast!!... I drove right home to my sober coziness!
