Day two and feeling better
Day two being sober.
I have created a list as to why I no longer want to drink and what exactly my goals are. The list is on my phone and easily accessible. I have also created a small plan detailing what triggers an urge to drink and what I will do when this happens.
Yesterday I was guilt ridden and in tears, feeling like the "only one" and the biggest loser on Earth.
After reading a few threads in here, I realized I am not the only one. There are so many people like me....I have an allergy to alcohol and I am unable to drink it. I am not alone. And I am really going to fight this and choose not to drink. I know I will be so much happier sober.
Thanks for the words of encouragement, friends.
