Day 93 checking in...
Morning everyone,
I've not been on here for a while so I thought I'd check in. It's good to read other people's stories again and see some familiar names,
I finally got myself sorted at the back end of April and I'm now on day 93. Life is so much better now than before,

Wow Bruno - Congrats on 93 days - this is bloody brilliant.
I'm only on Day 8 but I always like to know how peoples lives have changed for given up on the booze. How have things changed for you if you don't mind me asking X

Congrats on day 8
Everything has changed for the better. Firstly I've noticed a great weight loss, over 3 stone in total at the moment. And then there's the sleep, my sleep now is absolutely fantastic. I wake up totally re-energised and ready for the day ahead. Also my hair, scalp and skin is as good as I can ever remember.
It's well worth adding to your 8 days I promise you that
