Have some friends who we havent seen for a year coming for a BBQ tomorrow evening, last time we all drank lots on holiday, so I was coming up with ideas why I couldn't drink (there not close friends) dont need to tell them as its me fighting to stay alive and quite frankly none of their business, anyway do I say antibiotics etc etc, just had a message she is pregnant and cant drink thank god, so messaged back to say I am not drinking either, feel a lot better now

I don't think people would even notice, just drink a tumbler of lime & soda or coke & people wont bat an eyelid
