Do you go to NA meetings? Do you have a sponsor? Are you working the Steps? I'm not quite sure what you mean when you say you're doing this N/A recovery on your own; however, if you need help and support to get sober and clean, you will find some here.

Sitting alone sucks while recovering for sure.
I used to work out at the gym late at night sometimes, but I have been finding myself longing for the nightlife a bit.
I have been going to clubs the last month. Not everyday, but once in a while on the weekend. I know you are a girl, but going out is the point. Talking to folks face to face is important. Being sober in a club is a new experience for me.
Going out alone for me is nothing. I have always rolled as a lone wolf and I am pretty comfy.
Last night this girl was so nice to me. She seemed to understand I needed to talk to someone.
Bottom line, stay clean, no matter what. Whatever works.
We have to unlearn drinking. That is my goal.
I am a non drinker.
