2nd day not so hard..

So I got drunk Thursday night and everynight prior to for the past I can't tell you how long. I woke up Friday and decided that I have had enough and want to better myself for me and my family. I haven't had a drink sence thin of anything with alcohol in it. I've noticed my hands are starting to shake! Normal?

Yes- can be dangerous- withdrawls. I had seizures. See your doctor- supervised w/d is very important.

Still remember when I couldn't get 2 hours.

Thank you everyone.this is the first time I ever tried to reach out and talk to anyone. I'm happy to be a part of this. It's been a long and bumpy road for me,and I'm ready to get off. Happy father's day hope everyone has a great day today,I'm taking my son to the little rock zoo myself.

Anxiety is part of physical withdrawal, but if the shakes get too bad, or don't go away, see your doctor.
