I never understood the term AV before today
I was out and thought il pop to the shop grab a bottle of wine stopped and thought WTH i didnt want or need a drink the thought was just there !! I didnt and glad i never too
Had bad news tonight that a lady i know very well passed from the Big C which has made me very upset
However if anything its made me feel greatful for life and health

Im off to the seaside for 4 days got my own caravan but heavy drinking friends
Taking the dogs too which is a blessing
