Day 1 - Done!
I did it! I did it! Only 3 - .25 xanax & 1 benadryl yesterday
I slept like a baby because I did a lot around my house.
Blood pressure still normal & HR around 90-100
I ate all day yesterday. So all in all I'm off to a good start..
