Feeling great!!!

Went out tonight to a bar with my brother (drinking buddy)...drank water got some wings and he went out and I am home on my couch about to watch a show....feeling great that I'm sober and made it today....good night😁

Thanks all....I'm up and feel great! It was so nice to go out laugh a lot! And we had fun! Ran into a few friends...and no drinking! I was tempted but kept reminding myself I don't want to be out all night and feel like crap in the morning! I know I'm not the person that can just have one! I even told my brother, if I have o e that will lead to ten and I want to go home. Feeling great being able to recognize that and speak up saying it out loud. Instead of just thinking it but drinking anyway or lying to myself that I can just have one or two. I read on here about being allergic to alchol ...I like that analogy..... it works for me

Just came from a meeting ...day 4 ...it's my best friends bday I want to see her but just thinking about visiting her makes me want to drink!!!! She was my drinking partner agh!!!!! I feel like I should go but then again feel like I shouldn't

I didn't go just declined and glad I did ....the feeling passed! I know I can't have one and didn't want to set myself up to fail so I just finished dinner, put an oil treatment on my hair😂Finished all my wedding things .......And I'm off to waych tv! Thanks all!!!
