I did it
So he came and brought our daughter and dog back. I'd lined all his bags up in the back garden. I stayed in my room upstairs. I didn't go out and talk to him, I didn't even look through the window. Yayyy
I felt so strong and together. I unblocked him on my phone just while my daughters with him. So I re-blocked him on my phone, removed as a friend on Facebook and got myself to a meeting
What started out as a day of me feeling broken ended with a night of me feeling peaceful and content. Small victories ❤️

Good on you Suzy . . . this is what recovery is about. Little steps forward. There will be more bad days; ride them through and look for the next peaceful day.
You are a wonder of courage and strength . . . keep at it!!!!!
