I need serious help, yesterday and today. I hurt gf with empty words, for sure its because of anger of alcohol and cigarets needing. I drink obe and smoked one cigarett now and feeling totally different now.

My gf is important for me how can i do that to her 8 years of relationship is about to broken of my stupit words now how can i survive in this help me.

My suggestion would be to make amends to your girlfriend while sober.
If you really love her, say it from the heart and with a clear head.

Definitely make sure you are completely sober when you apologise and tell her you are serious about quitting drinking
