Hey ! I've been using weed in joints since I was 16, I'm now 48!i smoked from the time I got up,until. I went to bed .
I've been weed and nicotine free now for almost 3 weeks, I think I'm doing ok. Except ,the reason I gave up is that my partner has asthma and copd. I struggle to do it for myself . He's going away on a business trip next week so I joined you guys for support, I'm a bit scared really !
I'm not really sleeping well ,and my moods are all over the place.concentration is bad ,and I'm getting nose bleeds, sore throat,stomach aches and my breath is awful, all sounds great huh😭
I still really want to smoke ! But so far, so good ?

I've never understood marijuana use, maybe someone could enlighten me. Although I never pass judgement. Wish you the best.

I smoked weed for 30 years, so I understand it's tough to quit. You'll find a lot of support here tho
