We are not a glum lot.

Just back from my regular Friday night 12 & 12 Jaunt.

Went there feeling grumpy and rattley. An hour and a half of sharing, laughter and reflection with other As and I've returned home revitalised.

Thank God for AA, ,meetings and fellowship.

I have heard some really funny things, like snort-soda-through-the-nose funny, in Al-Anon meetings. Gallows humor, true. But sometimes ya just gotta laugh at the wackiness of it all.
