Been here (day 3) many times, but never with SR. Another sober day, and going to sleep now makes me happy, because my work week ended a few hours ago, and this was prime drinking time for me. 😁

Day 3 is tough for me too. I feel once I hit a week, I have more incentive to keep pushing, though it's not perfect. I still hit peaks and valleys, but less severe and more spread out. It's almost like you need to feel the evil leaking out of your system, weakening the monster. Some days are better than others.

This is just my experience from a half year off in 2012, but I've been stuck at day 3 many times. Tomorrow is day 3 for me, and am ready for whatever I may have to endure...

Are you trying to get a day 4,5,6 etc??? If so what changes are you considering?

Those are question I asked myself many times before finally reaching the end of the begging of sobriety......
