44 Weeks

As of yesterday, I am 44 weeks sober.

Still feeling good.

I have mentally steeled myself for the football season - which would normally give excuses through out the week to drink.

Changing up my exercise program a little bit now. Ready for a little cooler weather.

Taking recovery one day at a time really does add up. Keep to your plans folks - we can do this!
