Dee has very kindly given me permission to tell you about this.
Flowy is a phone app that basically is designed to bring you out of panic/anxiety attacks by telling you to breath innnnnnnnnnnn....ouuutttt etc at certain times while you're looking at it.
I've noticed a LOT of us, especially in early recovery, are/were getting anxiety attacks - trust me, this thing works!
