38 Weeks
I am now at 38 weeks sober.

Counseling session is set for this Friday.

School is about to start back up for my daughter so I will have more time in the morning to focus on my exercise. Going to work on getting another 5 lbs off.

BBQ contest at the end of the month so that will keep me busy with preparations.

Stick to your plans folks - we can do this!
