My husband has to go out today at 1pm am going to be left in the house on my own as he has to meet my sister for a benifits medical that she applying for there 3 people going including my husband and sister and an adviser i cant be there as well its be too many people in one room av been awake since 4.30 am ...i hate being left at home on my own
i either binge eat or hurt myself in some way
my husband never gives me money just in case i buy something i shouldnt but we have money that is hidden somewhere in the house for emergency its about £ 20 / £ 30 in change i know where it is
unsure what id buy with it junk food or drink.
as i been sitting here thinking things i can do with the money
my eyes focued on the can of air freshnner and though why the **** shouldnt i am addcited to everything else thats just something to add to the list

i want to tell my husband how i feel and that am struggling but if i do he cant go to my sisters medical appointment and my sister will be *******
so am drinking coffee with my pj's on hanging out here
my mood has turned dark STUPID ******* MIND
might go back to bed ... hopefully i wake up in a better mood

i fell a sleep on the sofa someone is working on there garden woke me up
got a headache now my husband is sleeping but he has to go soon
