New as of today, read some of the posts of you people and some remind me of me!
I decided to join because I have been told by my doctor to stop drinking due to some medical conditions, I have this last year used it every day to cope with social anxiety!
Never I used it to this extent, I have gone 2 days now, it truly is killing me if I don't stop.

Welcome! I hope you find it a valuable source of support and encouragement as I have. Anxiety was a big problem for me, physical and mental. Alcohol was ruining my nervous system and I was full of fear that made me anxious. I've been sober almost a year and I feel it rarely.
