30 Days to Sobriety - Has anyone done this program?

It's a book by Jack Canfield. (Author of chicken soup for the soul). It has a forum to accompany the book. I just started listening to the audio book and it seems really good so far. I have not yet signed up for the website. I read about it here a few weeks ago, but cannot find the thread from the OP.

I'm on day 11 now. Just looking for another tool for my arsenal.

The program of Alcoholics Anonymous does a pretty good job. Are you attending meetings?

No I haven't but I'm always interested in hearing about other people's methods for recovery. Pls share if you do the program.

Congrats on 11 days.

I can't find more than one review of it on the whole Internet. Seems odd. And the review there is very vague. The blurb makes bug claims but you'd have expected that if his program was that revolutionary he would have had some people busting to tel, others about it on the bookshop reviews.

Oh well. Only one way to find out.

Hi Behappy...congratulations on day 11 👍

I did the 30 day programme on audio book...I found it to be a REALLY valuable tool in the early days...I listened to it 2 or 3 times in fact. I started my sobriety mid-January this year and have been thriving ever since. Would definitely recommend continuing with the programme. Wishing you well on the rest of your recovery journey x

It's on Amazon.com. You can use the "look inside" and keep scrolling down to read quite a bit of it. No, haven't tried it.

Thank you! I have the audio book and am actively listening. It is pretty good so far. I just was curious to know if anyone had completed it.

I read an interview with Canfield regarding the book and program and it sounds interesting; although, I believe it also includes "tapping"?? And I'm very skeptical of that practice.

However, I welcome just about any new program or technique to help people gain sobriety.

Congrats on Day 11
