In physical pain and discomfort.
Had a hemorrhoid banded yesterday. Hurts like ****** hell. I won't bore you with the details on the procedure. If you are curious you can google it. Normally I don't tell people that, but hey this is the internet. Normally I would be drinking over it and through it. I'm pretty wimpy when it comes to pain of any kind. Temporary relief is my go to solution in the past. Today I'm suffering and sober. Went to an AA meeting today, suffered through. At home in a bitchy mood on SR. I'm not drinking today! (Say a prayer for me)

ain't sobriety grand??? LOL i have utter sympathy for your "pain" - amazed you went to a meeting, talk about dedication!!! you have MY permission to be a moody b!tch, or a b1tch in a bad mood, or a cranky puss!!!

Ok, made it this far. Have considered a drink but I've made it this far and drinking is the last thing I need!!!!! Pain is a little bit better after a night of agony. Probably have hemorrhoids from drinking anyway. Another hurdle towards better health I have to get over. One minute at a time.
