Hi!
My name is Bianca. I'm a mess. Trying to clean my life up. I drink. Do Coke to help with the hangovers. Then repeat. I'm fifty something and act like I'm 20 something. Feel like I'm going to die. If I don't stop. 3 days sober.

Hi Bianca and welcome. Signing up here is a good indication that you are looking for change in your life, which is completely possible. 3 days sober is amazing, congratulations. Believe me, we know what a huge accomplishment that is. You never have to go back to using and drinking again. Reach out for support any time you need.

The first weekend I was sober (last week)... I had a music gig and everyone was stoned or drinking. I just grabbed a solo cup with cola in it and no one cared or knew what I was or was not drinking. I didn't make it a big deal. When someone asked if I needed a drink.... I said "I'm good" thanks.
Keep up the good work.... The feeling of not being buzzed is a buzz!
